We currently serve Phenix City, Smiths Station, Fort Mitchell, Salem, Seale, and select surrounding East Alabama addresses. Call or text your address so we can confirm availability. Georgia service is coming soon.
How do I request a service visit?
Call or text (706) 457-3727 with your name, service address, and a short description of what the system is doing. We’ll confirm the location, job details, and scheduling availability with you.
Is the Chill Plan available yet?
The Chill Plan is coming soon. We’re considering seasonal maintenance, member service savings, and options for multiple systems. Enrollment is not open yet; pricing, final benefits, and terms will be announced when the plan is ready.
Can you help me decide between repair and replacement?
Yes. We start with the equipment’s condition and the problem you’re having, then discuss repair cost, recurring issues, comfort needs, and replacement options when appropriate.
Do you work on small-business HVAC systems?
Yes. Big Chill offers light-commercial service and maintenance for qualifying equipment and properties in the current Alabama service area. Send us the address, equipment type, and service needs to confirm the scope.
